Take your eleven minutes
Open the day available to you. Follow RESET · IGNITE · INTEGRATE. Use audio or Audio Off, choose Reduced Motion, Pause or Exit when you wish.
Choose whether to save
After the experience, select Save Day & Continue if you wish to record this day. Your Member Home shows your next available practice.
Days 1–11
Each daily theme is an invitation to notice, choose, or carry something forward—not a score or an objective measurement of beauty or human capability. Follow the guided sequence, with the next new day intended for a subsequent calendar day.
What matters during your experience
RESET: Notice where you are now.
IGNITE: Choose one intentional action.
INTEGRATE: Decide what matters to carry into your day.
Your chosen beauty products, if any, should be used according to their own directions. Digital access does not include a skincare product, wand or other physical device.
Your progress and privacy
Member Home displays the days you have chosen to save. Opening the Cinema does not automatically confirm completion. Your saved days reflect your own choices—not medical, cosmetic, emotional or performance outcomes.
If you also use a private Skool classroom, you may mark each lesson complete there separately. A Skool lesson checkmark is not the same action as Save Day in Cinema. You never need to publish a private reflection to take part.
If you had already marked progress on the older browser-only Journey page, those older browser marks are not automatically transferred to your Member Home. Contact support if you need assistance with previous participation.
After Day 11
You may revisit your DuME experience where permitted in Member Home, stop after the eleven days, or independently explore an optional future experience. No recurring subscription is added to the original DuME purchase.
